This workshop was a very pleasant and interesting experience, I learned a lot about olive oil and my eyes have opened. Now a know what to look for. Monica is very knowledgeable and walked us through every aspect, from market scams to health benefits. The tasting part was quite interesting, we spotted a fake one that said “extra virgin”… I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to learn about olive oil

What an amazing experience! It was such a pleasure to be part of your workshop. I learned so much! Now I know how to identify a real extra virgin olive oil and how to pair it with different meals.
