Olive Varieties
• 70% Moraiolo (robust, peppery, high in antioxidants)
• 25% Frantoio (fruity, grassy, slightly bitter)
• 5% Leccino (mild, balanced, with almond notes) and Pendolino (smooth, slightly sweet, used in blends)
