Delivery and Proof of Delivery Policy

Delivery is complete and the responsibility transfers to the customer once the package is left at the designated address and a confirmation email has been sent to the address provided in the order.

In the event of a contactless delivery, a photo may be taken as proof

Claims for missing packages must be made within 3 business days of the delivery confirmation email
